@GuyFolk Yeah, but well within the limits of what we can now accomplish. Is the OP willing to spend the time learning, scripting, testing and fixing? We'll see.
Yes, everything you mention is possible. Some of it is actually pretty easy. But circling a target would take some advanced xml scripting that would involve the new Beta patch 1.10
I like where your mind is going. I don't build cars, but this is innovative and thoughtful. Not just thinking about your current project, but all your future ones and other people. Nice!
@Noobybits123567 Naw, you good. Just something to keep in mind. Getting upvotes around here is all about pleasing the eye. The highest rated builds aren't the best, they're just the ones with the best pictures. Good luck with your bomber
@Heavy_Mause @Bombsmithfurry67 The math functions allow for this sort of thing but I'm not familiar with them. Have you read through Snowflakeos' guide?
I've got some cruise missiles on this strategic bomber. They don't lock on, but you can study them and probably figure out quite a bit. They're actually camera-guided.
@ChrisPy Yes, I understand you can create a controller that will point you towards the target. But can you instead create a controller that points you where the target is going?
The big issue is leading a moving target. It sounds like WNP conflated target bearing (the angle the target is from you) with target heading (the direction the target is moving). We will need both of those in order to calculate a firing solution for most guns at most ranges unless the plan is to just close in to an absurdly close range.
@CharlesDeGaulle Oh come on, just fill the sprayer tanks with glitter and everyone will love you! It's ironic that you reacted this way because it was at the Paris Air Show that she earned the name Belphegor.
@CharlesDeGaulle I highly doubt many people have had the opportunity to see the J-20 "on the radars" at all. A key aspect of signals intelligence is to not give potential enemies the opportunity to scan your aircraft, that's why the US refused to deliver F-35's to Turkey when they started using Russian made radar.
Stealth is not a yes or no question. Just because radar or other sensors can detect an aircraft under certain circumstances doesn't mean that it can always be detected. Just because an aircraft has "stealth capabilities" does not mean it cannot be detected sometimes. Outside influences like weather, jamming, or even simple competance can have a major impact on detection. Also, keep in mind that radar is not the only means of tracking a potential target.
Finally, the main consideration for stealth is to keep ones "signature" as small as possible. If the J-20 is designed to minimize its radar and thermal signatures than it will be harder to detect than an aircraft designed without this consideration. That may not make it invisible, but it can buy precious time during the opening moments of an engagement.
Nice.
@ThomasRoderick I just found that on google image.
I... what? Why?

Hmmm, this looks helpful. But I'm still a bit confused.

@ThomasRoderick Here you go.

You should build the PZL M15 BELPHEGOR

TEASERS HAVE PICTURES
If you want people to give a crap, have something exciting in your post.
@Heavy_Mause @Bombsmithfurry67 The math functions allow for this sort of thing but I'm not familiar with them. Have you read through Snowflakeos' guide?
I feel like you would do a good job with RJ Mitchell's other masterpiece, the Supermarine S6
@F4f879 I have clues. The picture was likely 1916 or 1917. He was an Ottoman pilot and they got most of their 90 or so planes from Germany.

@TomekHellFire Consider yourself formally promoted to "pretty cool."
@StepBro lol
In a few weeks we'll have actual glass. Until then, you should download high rated builds and see how they handled it.
Can't you just handle the difference as part of the input rather than messing with the max range?
Hey Chief, I dunno when you'll read this but I hope things are good with you.
Great

@ChrisPy Just slap a camera on it and hit the trigger when it's within range.

Sorry, I don't know. Funky trees guide here
I do not intend this in a mean way, but you have got to use the search tool. This is what you're looking for CLICK ME
Are you on PC? Is your shift-key working? Mine gets bugged sometimes when I shift-tab into the steam browser too much.
YES!
There are never enough of these on here and you did a great job.
Hey @Dad
I'm JamesPlanesMCMLXXXII
@BoganBoganTheWoman Yes! I remember that. A very nice build.
@CharlesDeGaulle @PoyuToyu Correct. This was a highly specialized aircraft designed for one job: spray liquid chemicals onto fields.
@CharlesDeGaulle Oh come on, just fill the sprayer tanks with glitter and everyone will love you! It's ironic that you reacted this way because it was at the Paris Air Show that she earned the name Belphegor.

@RamboJutter I do not know. This seems like something he'd do.
@Highground "So uncivilized"
@EagleKiller99989 No u.
Has images? Check.
Images are of project in question? Check.
Yup, this is a proper teaser. Take notes, children.
Hey obvious troll account, how about you go somewhere else?
Pew pew pew!
This was used in a very strange music video a long time ago.
Just use xml to modify the scale of a chain of wheels to look like tracks.
@IamD It's weird how equipment like that, which was only intended to be used for a few months, can outlast so many things.
Yo, that Panther is awesome!
@IamD you are not a moron, everybody makes mistakes.
There is a post stickied to the top of the Forums that explains this stuff. It is literally the very first post you can see.

Please build a PZL M15 Belphegor jet powered biplane, thank you.
