@Delphirier possibly. I usually use only one nozzle. But if it stears and goes, it's good. There is not only one way to make ships. I gave you my way, it is up to you to improve it the way it suites you.
@GreenMaker on what platform are you? For Android, you should go to your file browser, and chose Android/data/SimplePlanes/files/subassemblys. Before that, you gave to have saved the part that you want to mod as subassembly. Or simply read this

Well, @Delphirier the trick is pretty simple. You make bottom of the hull first. It shouldn't have any buoyancy, and should be full of fuel, for ballast. Above that comes the second level of the hull. It should have a lot of buoyancy. Not necessarily 100%, but usually a lot. As for the propeller that works under water, it is a secret. It is more of a decoration anyway. Put VTOL engine high enough for it not to be submerged and put the VTOL nozzle as close to the watherline as possible, about one fifth of the length of the ship in front of CoM. Also, add a keel in a form of structural wing under water to help it maintain direction. If you want, you can put another structural wing on rotator and put it on the bottom of the hull to work as rudder. What you will build above deck is up to you. If you can't understand something of above, download one of my ships and dissect it. If you are to use my subassemblys, I expect credit.
@Leonidas1210 if you upload a plane with a mod part, mod will be required for properly using a plane. If your plane used some kind of tools, like fine tuner mod I gave a link to below, you don't need a mod to run that plane. Example: my last two fighters.
