219 million dollars? They can buy a dozen of decent planes for that. Philippines don't, in my opinion, need a long range Su-30. That plane is suited for offensive warfare, not for defending a territory. Mig-35 is the optimal choice. Cheaper to buy and maintain than other competitors, more combat-effective than F-16, and better reliability and survivability due to having two engines.
Use Fine Tuner mod. Place a shape that is to be a part of your torus, and another part where the center of the torus will be. Make sure that the torus section is connected to the cockpit. Mirror torus part into itself. Open Fine Tuner, select "Multi Select", select first the center, then torus part. Rotate by the necessary amount, mirror the torus part, repeat until you have a torus.
@blackvultureaeroespace CIWS is justified here. This ship can use those missiles to engage low flying aircraft (helicopters and light aircraft) disputing M.Corp exclusive economic zone, as well as surface vessels if necessary (dual-purpose missiles, not available on SP). Also, in case of war, it is to be converted to a light missile corvette, and engage enemy warships near land. It needs to protect itself from their missiles. Strategy of the M.Corp is to make vessels that can be converted for other uses if needed be, in order to conserve the money.
Woah, it's fast. And stable. I like it. But I think you should have left trailing edges of wings sticking out, so that control surfaces don't move through fuselage pieces
@blackvultureaeroespace yup. Also, not even the steel armour of other destroyers would have survived a bomb. Maybe there wouldn't be as much direct blast damage, but those ships didn't sink because of the explosions. but because of the ensuing fire, or so Wikipedia says. @blackvultureaeroespace those were warships, meant for combat. This is patrol vessel, designed to chase smugglers, combatants (on small boats), pirates, and other sea criminals. It has to be light in order to have better speed and fuel efficiency, and doesn't need armour of a battleship.

@Fjorge almost. Give a bit of sweep to tail fin. 10th Scimitar will be a nice plane, probably. Next suggestion, move the winhs down to the bottom of the fuselage, like on Pilatus Pc-9
VLS = Vertical Launch System. Just make a fuselage with smooth corners, attach an upward-pointing Interceptor missile to it, place it on the deck, and nudge around and mirror. Make sure you nudge the block and the missile together. After that, multi-select all missiles, and nudge them under the blocks, so that the tip of the missile is in a fuselage block use for the lid of the barrel.

I agree with your point that they should be permabanned outright, forcing them to keep their word. It's usually low-quality builders anyway, those who want upvotes for almost no effort. "Why does nobody upvote my ten-part potato plane that can't fly?!"...

@MajorL they fly out of the cannon when launched the normal way. Go to camera 1, aim the gun at something, and launch a few bombs.

@Fjorge cute is good. Tail is much better on this one. However, fuselage is a bit odd-shaped. The bottom should be a smooth line.

The gun on the destroyer is pretty much identical to Wing Gun you have. You can pretty much make the destroyer in game.
