You make the nose lighter so the CoM will be behind the CoL. This will make the plane very aggressive on the pitch axis and almost impossible to control.
To fix this issue, you create canards or control surfaces with Funky Trees codes to create artificial stability.
The code is something like AngleOfAttack/180+Pitch/6, the rotation angle is 180 degrees and rotation speed is 100%. AngleOfAttack/180 creates that additional stability, as it tries to level the plane if it detects the Angle of Attack is too high. Pitch/6 is just to control the Pitch axis.
To sum it up, you just make the plane so maneuverable that it is impossible to control, and then add artificial stability.
@NaeNaeKing The collisions on most parts are disabled, but disableAircraftCollisions only disables collisions between the part and other parts of the same creation.
The 1st one is known and developers are probably working on fixing it
The 2nd happens only on mobile (it happens to me very often) and it is SUPER MEGA HYPER ULTRA annoying

They say that they will not update SimplePlanes as often as SimpleRockets 2 because SimpleRockets 2 is newer, easier to work with and has more potential.
If that was real life I'd say that when you turn the turret to the left the left of the tank becomes heavier and creates more drag and the tank veers to the left

No. You can actually go so fast that it will show "Infinity" on the speed indicator. To do that you must eject a cockpit with massScale and dragScale set to 0 and calculateDrag set to "false" with a detacher with enormous detach force.
Is it necessary for the missile's wings to be outside the custom fuselage and the custom fuselage to be made of an air intake? The missile's wings seem like they don't match the style of the custom fuselage, but I can't make a missile with custom wings that works properly.

I've had this issue too, but in my case it gets fixed if I tap on the screen.

@BaconEggs And the drone is quite strong, it doesn't fall apart when I pull tens of G's on it.
@BaconEggs The game still shows the drone. After the lock breaks, the missile locks again but the lock again breaks and so on.

Is the detach force of the detachers set to 0? If not, this may be the cause
