They probably make up like 1000ish parts, I dunno if that's any better for you. Plus I cannot really be bothered going back and removing parts, its not exactly fun. @UWUSEMPIE
Just on that last note about successor points, you cannot get successor points for your own successors, it has to be from another user. But you can make your own successor of another users successor, and receive 1/4 of the points the new successor gets
I’m actually super proud of the hull, especially the bottom half. When I smoothed it out it looked pretty much seamless. Maybe the top half could’ve been built differently to take advantage of the smoothing but that was before it was ever a thing, @Zanedavid
Well that’s not exactly a reliable source, I don’t think u get points for comment upvotes, pretty sure that was stated in the original post where they introduced the feature. @tsampoy
You cannot, I set up a tracking camera on the Missouri to track the 3 jets at the end. The scenes with the F-4 are done separately in a different take. @Star737
I mean, it took me years before I realised there was a realtime reflections setting, and while it absolutely kills performance, it makes the game look pretty damn hot sometimes
This is not just an issue with glass blocks, albeit they may be easier to break and hence why it may seem like they are the cause. It’s been happening for years now, just a thing with the physics engine.
Hmmm, I definitely think the huge number of moving parts increases the lag tremendously, maybe I’ll just have all the numbers be static and only include the attitude and horizon lines in the centre and the heading. The only issue with having the numbers static is that it’s sometimes hard to make them out. Im replicating the HUD from the F-16C
@Mattangi2
This is really neat, was looking around for HUD designs for my recent build when I saw this. Would it be ok if I used the basic concept of this hud in one of my builds? I’ll credit you obviously.
Is this plane really in high demand after all these years? I guess I’ll give it a crack tonight and revive the project. I can keep you updated if u wish @Tank6376
The largest system is the secondary/CIWS fire control system. It has a system that shows the distance to where the shells will land, but unlike the main battery which can only fire on targets on the ground, the secondary system needed a height component for planes. So you can also set the target height and the system will calculate the line of sight distance for the shells to hit a target at that height depending on the angle of the guns. It probably sounds more complicated then it actually is, would be better on a diagram. It’s just really long because SP doesn’t have variable storage, so I end up copy pasting the code for the variables over and over again in the final expression. @CRJ900Pilot
She runs ok on my computer, but I feel like its actually the sheer size of the FT code on the gun systems that’s causing the most lag lol. @CRJ900Pilot
Thanks, sure is in the thousands, 2500 as of now, looking like 3000. I absolutely demolished my original part limit of 2000, but that just wasn’t possible with what I wanted to include ahaha. @CRJ900Pilot
I could enter it in, but there’s no way I could finish before then, still have to detail the rear and build the tomahawk Missile launchers and harpoon missiles. I checked out ur recent build btw, much better, though u should use the dampermultiplier property on all rotators on such a large build cause the aa guns are still super wobbly. But good work nonetheless, she looks good. @HawaiiRanger
Looking great, look forward to seeing more
Maybe, but I cannot promise anything
@Queazyairplane16
Maybe, but blenders a bit of a different beast. Would allow for much more flexibility though. @TastyTanks
Thats fine, unlisted builds don't effect me so all good
@AerospaceGeek

Nice man, I'd love to see her at some stage in the future @Pilotmario

Thanks for the spotlight! @WIZARD2017
Hmm, you’d be right. It’s not really my sort of thing, I just like having interiors and details @Misterhmar

Thanks very much, glad that you both like it!

Thank you, she’s a great ship to have a model of

Thanks very much @EternalDarkness!
@WarHawk95 Yeah it is, give or take like a foot
True, but I think this is ok, and it keeps the comments less cluttered @BMilan

Yeah but I’m talking like multiple successors, like points you get for successors of successors etc
@UtsuhoReiuji
Could be successor points, I could be wrong though

Who confirmed it?
@tsampoy
Do comments give points, I feel like they don’t

Around 3500 @AerospaceGeek
Nice, it’s good that someone will be able to fully enjoy this beauty @Daylight
Yea you would lol, it’s at 3500 parts and I very much doubt anything would be left by the time I got rid of 2500 parts. @KnightOfRen
It’s actually war thunder with SP skins @EDEN971

Yea sorry about that, life is busy and I don’t really have the time to go back and redo stuff. @nekes

Photo link doesn't seem to work?
I think you are right actually, apologies. They just looked so similar.

Probs cannot get it under 1000 parts if u still want the interior stuff.

Nah I don’t have the file saved in an immediate location, I might come back to it but probably won’t. @Tank6376
Can I see it?
@TakeYourLife3000
Out of interest, could you show the FBW code for me, I cannot download this now but I’d be interested in looking at it. @TakeYourLife3000
Most likely an error in the connections, maybe ask WNP or someone to help fix it?
@ReignSUPREME

The wheels are funny on low physics, try medium or high. @BUILDERMATT03
Are you running on low physics?
