It’s a 30 round mag tho thats the same standard mag on an mp5 so it should be that length@Bman01

  • CSM-45. 5.5 years ago

Also make the mag bigger and bring the stock up

Ok I actually have a really awesome idea for improvement: We make our own shapes. When I made my F-16 I didn’t know what to do with those pesky fuselage curves so I simplified it. It would be great if we could do something like Autodesk where we make a drawing and can extrude, loft ,and pattern things. This will make building easier, more accurate and save a ton of time. I would still have the fuselage block and some other things but this would help a ton!!! @ChiChiWerx @CoolPeach @jamesPLANESii

Nice you used the inlet technique too. I had to do that on my F-16 in multiple places. Idk why they can’t add the angle property to fuselage parts@WarHawk95

One more thing, Building your fictional planes in the style of real planes makes them look more.... well real.

  • CRB-23 A 5.5 years ago

@CalebRepublic your tanks look very good! you just need to add details like logs on there or a fuel tank and latches. Just in general the more detailed things are the more people will like them. Also, if you have a pc use the screenshots mod, if you dont then consider getting one. Custom in game screenshots shows that you are serious.

  • V-22 Osprey V2 5.5 years ago

next, try the v-280 some time its the upgraded version. Saw it at an airshow one time and it was pretty dang cool.

  • V-22 Osprey V2 5.5 years ago

Immediate upvote there aren't enough of these. BTW looks great and flies great. One thing, The cockpit on the osprey was modeled after the UH-60 and the engines actually turn when yaw is hit in the VTOL mode to move it horizontally. The nose makes it look a little off. Then again, you know I'm super picky lol.

  • General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon 5.5 years ago

@Miyubiaircraft Look, my first F-16 it wasn't good either but I got better and went back and made a much better one. If you want to improve your building style start with some replicas start with WW2 fighters and go from there. To create good airplanes you have to understand the history of aviation to some degree.

Use the blueprint mode next time. If you click the eye in the user interface while building you will see a blueprint icon click on that import a picture and scale it. You can scale by looking up the length of the aircraft and then making a fuselage piece that ends up being that long. Then all you need to do is put the edges together and write down the length scale for future refrence. Then you build using the same scale for each view. Note: Width automatically scales with length. Also, get a image that is clear and has crisp lines.

Start doing replicas; they will help you with the building style. Start with ww2 fighters then go to more modern stuff and bounce around a little. If you click the eye in the user interface while building you will see a blueprint icon click on that import a picture and scale it. You can scale by looking up the length of the aircraft and then making a fuselage piece that ends up being that long.
