To be honest, no. You probably would have wasted their time. Also ground crew and other FAA staff would have had been able to get a clearer view of the plane from their vantage point. Although it wouldn't have helped, it was a very noble idea and it shows you are a considerate person. @ACEPILOT109
I wouldn't do anything and let the pilots and ATC handle it. Its happened before in the past and the pilots are trained to handle it as safely as possible
Strange. What I usually do is build the functioning part, then nudge it far away from other parts. This keeps it from connecting to other ones. Then when Im finished, I nudge them back @Destroyerz117
