So here it is I guess...
Don't be afraid of the part count. In reality it is more like 265 and the rest of the parts will be deleted after 20 something seconds of you spawning the vehicle in.
This vehicle requires the following mods
tracks
Tank aiming
Optional but highly recommended
Advanced targeting
Why these mods? The 1st 2 are required for the vehilce to work. The last one is so that you know how much lead to give the target (the explosive "bullets" have the same velocity as the real ones so advanced targeting will show both where to aim. (Keep in mind that the explosive "bullets" will drop down.
CONTROLS
A&D=Turn, keep in mind that you need to drive forward to turn while holding one of the buttons, it works in the way that 1 track has it's brake on while the other turns.
LShift=Drive forward.
LCTRL=Reverse
B=Brake (since LCTRL is reverse)
M=Activate tank aiming
N=Activate tank aiming scope (recommended)
FireWeapons=Fires the cleavers which in this case are bullets for the main gun.
FireGuns=Fires the coaxials.
Nothing=Radar (it stays on all the time, it doesn't run on activate 8 either)
LandingGear=Headlights
Things you should know
A package of about 250 parts will detach as you start along with 2 rockets, after 20 something seconds the rockets will explode destorying the parts (this would mean that the part count is effectively 260 something (since the extras are destroyed) and that you can't get locked on to) So you know... you got to move.
While aiming down the scope keep in mind that the little black dot that is moving around is the real crosshair (so that's what you should aim with, nothing else) The dot is attached to the gun so will 100% guarantee you're aiming correctly.
Other info
If the bullets themselves are within 75 meters of the locked on to target they will detonate eliminating the enemy swiftly.
Main gun has 1 second reload.
Also it does float but that doesn't mean you can be a boat.

@blablablabla mate I changed the proximity detonation myself. I set it to 75 to not make it too op.

If you scale the missile, the proximity detonation range will be scaled too.
