@Graingy from what i recall, the engine just more or less appeared out of thin air one day and ATLX (the blue patch job people) just loaded it onto a Schnabel car and just ran.
@Graingy the thing is real american coal jennys are that bland. matter of fact i know know of ONE company whos coal jennys were not black. and that was the western maryland railway and they were grey and brown. but im assuming as loading coal is messy they all eventually turned ugly black quickly. the reason why almost all coal jennys are black is because, you guessed it. COAL.

@Graingy so yes indeed one of our shunters indeed has a furry crucified and mounted up on the hood of the engine. not been the first documented time something like this has happened. only problem is a clearance issue as the body keeps hitting stuff hanging over the track.

@Graingy the thing is I never even got to that part of adding the stress and trauma. that's how messed up the story got. I think it was like 2.5 or 3 Google slides of uncompleted slop and that's it.
@Graingy the story I brought up I forgot the plot a third of the way through the story and bullshited the project till I just gave up on it. but early on it was an attempt to show the mental impact of a war. the characters were more or less a side character with the entire crew and boat being the "main character". idk, the whole story fell apart when making it.

random fun fact about the train the 3 engines are all rebuilt ex Graingy (the paint is bleeding through the ATLX livery) locomotives
@Graingy no I just used space so efficiently I just had the space for a large classification yard (another name for a rail yard) and just gave it a railroad. even had a lot of street running (where track runs along a road) and industries connected to rails.
even with like a large city AND a massive railyard I still have like half of the paper (generic poster paper) unused.
@Graingy a railway I made, unironically for an assignment I went overkill on when i was in history (industrial revolution unit, had to draw a city and keep expanding with limited space to show the effects of the industrial rev, I'm very good at that :) ). they mainly serve a couple of coal mines with 1st (and some 2nd and 3rd) generation diesel power (ALCo RS-11s, EMD GP9s, EMD SD9s to name some) causing trains to have a ton of power (engines pulling the train).
i also (if you do post this train) i will 100% attempt to modify it to run on standard gauge tracks.
