My grandma many many years ago worked on the PSP for the F-14. She told me the binary code failed often, and they got it working once, so they recorded that and made code to say if it detects it fails it plays the recording. When it was time to show off the PSP working, it had failed, but it played the recording. So when the presentation was over they fixed the problem that they identified. So she and her team saved the F-14 project. She also worked on the Joint Stars AWACS

Dogfight close mode. I was piloting, ai took too long (out of 3):
P-51-D: Win
Wasp: Win (it was actually very surprising how well it shot it down)
Notes: very good aircraft. Using its slow stall speed to my advantage in dogfights is a lot of fun. If there’s anything you want me to change about these stats please tell me!
