Really love flying this plane. Looks are good too, the logo on the tail is especially well done. Minor error in the description: 1500 hp is not equal to 1491 kW.
@tylerdeveneuxmusic Thanks man, actually took a lot of time to get it to sound just right. Turns out it has an XML property for volume to make it louder, which really helps overcoming the sound of the props.
This will always be happening and has always happened and there is nothing you can do about it. Then again, builds which you call overrated will be seen as underrated by others and vice versa.
@Adity0502 If the console is supported on mobile you can type this command to change your FOV: //MainCamera>Camera.set_fieldOfView x. Where x would be your desired FOV value, default FOV is 60.
@Adityo0502 Oof... one other idea I had is to do some aerial cinematography with a second plane equipped with camera's. So you can get some air-to-air shots.
@TurtlesThatFly Thank you :). The armament was kind of a hassle, at first I wanted machine guns on the wing's leading edges but those kept hitting the props. I'm glad with how it turned out in the end tho.
@TheKraken3 Yeah you're right, there's not enough contrast as I suspected. Btw the custom surfaces was a good read, but it's really overkill for the style I'm going with.
@TheKraken3 Definitively helpful, although the sunset screenshots are usually too dark for my builds. What do you think of these screenshots of an unlisted version?
@TheKraken3 Thanks man. I often spend a lot of time on getting the right angle for the screenshots and somehow always end up unsatisfied with them lol.
T for the afterburners
When you can neither be a helicopter nor a plane, so you must improvise.
Why don't you motivate him to start over instead of making a drama post.
Aerofy no more.
Nice
+1Actually dead inside
@Yeetyeetonmafeet4 Np, that was kind of lame of me lol
@Yeetyeetonmafeet4 I know, it was a joke.
I didn't know you could put FLAK on your aircraft.
@Dastin No problem!

What's it like being o u t d a t e d
Is it just me or is this really being overdone :P
@senkanhitachi If you need a float you can try multiplying the function output with a float and see if that does any good.
@tylerdeveneuxmusic Sure, go ahead, I would love to see the tech applied in other types of vehicles.
+1@tylerdeveneuxmusic Thanks man, actually took a lot of time to get it to sound just right. Turns out it has an XML property for volume to make it louder, which really helps overcoming the sound of the props.
Oh my

+1There are none
@KrAkenAtomic K, you have my attention now. T.
Nominal
Why would someone do this with their forum post. Mildly infuriating.

+1@Adityo0502 I think you could get really amazing shots using the Zoom mod.
+1What did you do
+3Fire looks a lot better with that colorization
Now make it compact
Great build
@nadvgia Thank you
@Warhammer55 Yeah that was the main inspiration, I love that plane.
Oh so you're an airplane builder? Name every airplane.
The Undo Button has claimed another victim I see.
+4The drag will still be computed if one sets the dragScale to 0. Set calculateDrag to false to take the part out of the equation entirely.
+1Thicc engines
@PlanesOfOld Tried that as well, but for some reason the props still kept blowing up. And I agree this layout is a very good alternative.
@Sm10684 Should be more deepfried and with nani eyes
+1@Adityo0502 True
+1Gotta try this sometime..
@Adityo0502 Also, replicas will ALWAYS get more upvotes than fictional planes.
+2@TurtlesThatFly Thank you :). The armament was kind of a hassle, at first I wanted machine guns on the wing's leading edges but those kept hitting the props. I'm glad with how it turned out in the end tho.
+1I love how the plane self-stabilizes. Is that a gyro at work or are you modeling the effects of dihedral with funky trees maybe?
@TurtlesThatFly Spot on.
@TheKraken3 Yeah you're right, there's not enough contrast as I suspected. Btw the custom surfaces was a good read, but it's really overkill for the style I'm going with.
Welcome to Simpleplanes. Looks are everything.

+1Insert femur breaker noise
So how do you climb it? Using a car, or maybe one of those walkers?
