About

High-speed heavy fighter using twin inverted V-12 engines. The aircraft maintains remarkably good performance at altitudes up to 10,000 m. Energy retention is great as well, that combined with very heavy armament makes it the perfect choice for boom and zooming.

War emergency power automatically activates when the throttle is pushed past 90%. When this action is performed, blue flames can be seen shooting from the exhaust, along with a distinct whine emanating from the superchargers.

VTOL for flaps
Trim supported
Throttle > 90% for WEP

Specifications

Performance
Top speed: 670 km/h at 5000 m
Stall speed: 168 km/h
Powerplant: 2x AEM-2T inverted V-12 engines, maximum output of 2,100 hp (1,565 kW) each

Armament
- 4x 38mm autocannon
- 4x low velocity machine guns

Pilot's notes
Stall speed is noted as <170 km/h, but expect to approach at around 185-190 km/h depending on load. For safe rotation, exceed 200 km/h and apply pitch. If you're using flaps correctly, the aircraft should start to climb without any trouble.

@tylerdeveneuxmusic Sure, go ahead, I would love to see the tech applied in other types of vehicles.

@tylerdeveneuxmusic Thanks man, actually took a lot of time to get it to sound just right. Turns out it has an XML property for volume to make it louder, which really helps overcoming the sound of the props.

@Aerofy ironically the 219 had famously bad energy retention xD
