I have an aero scout, I don't have a Timber X.
I would personally agree the Timber X is better for being a brand new pilot because of the fact the aeroscout is a pusher it glides really far, meaning it takes a lot more space than you'd think. But I've never flown a Timber X, but from what I know, that's what id say. And I think the Timber looks better!
