@TheUltimatePlaneLover just gotta practice basic internet safety. Even the SP site can have these harmful ads, it’s better to learn how to protect yourself online. For if you find a download link and you’re not sure it’s legit go to https://virustotal.com and it will let you scan links or files to see if they contain malware. It essentially runs the link or file through a bunch of different antivirus programs. It’s not perfect but chances are if someone has a virus that wouldn’t trigger these kinds of safety checks they aren’t going to be blowing it on Google ads. Just only go on legitimate websites and don’t click download on anything unless it’s legit. https://reshade.me is safe.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover what probably happened is you clicked one of those scummy “download now” ads. If you find the actual “download Reshade” button it won’t give you a virus.
Live mirroring, aka symmetry mode would be super nice, perhaps along vertical and radial modes where you can customize the angle the stuff is at. Maybe the ability to easily exclude parts from this or lock and unlock this would be nice. Ctrl+M is super helpful though, I use it all the time.
@GabDaGamerSP hard to say exactly, my guess would be stuff like unit conversion. 1000 is common in the metric system, 9.81 m/s is the rate of acceleration of gravity, 180 is presumably the distance in degree that the turret can turn. I’m sure if you need a full breakdown you could ask whoever wrote the code by tagging them here.
Not gonna break down this whole thing because it’s massive, but this stuff is effectively a big math function. For instance if you see TargetHeading - Heading + rate(TargetHeading) it means that the thing is attempting to point at your current target by finding which way it is and adjusting by the rate that the target is moving. I’d recommend sitting down and just reading the guide on Funky Trees all the way through , you can find it in the Useful Links section of the forum. It’s really not too bad to understand, this is coming from someone with zero programming experience other than FT.
I made a thingy to test engine thrust. I’m curious if it’s accurate. I kinda doubt it, but I will say I used the weightless engine in the thumbnail to lift exactly that number of pounds and anything more it was unable to lift.
you have to get the image link. A link to a file hosted on an internet server. Your current links are to a webpage. You can't embed webpages. On PC, right click and select "copy image link" then put it in this format: 
Postimage gives a list of links to copy, the one you need is the "direct image link"
@V if I get into the playtest before you I’ll be happy to start doing the groundwork and getting the xml stuff together as much as possible for you to compile into the doc

Electronica is great for when I just want to chill and focus. Usually I’m not a huge fan of all the beeps and boops and pure synth music like you’d typically associate with electronic music, I like stuff that’s a little more organic like Four Tet or Bonobo. I also like some weirder music, like Burial or older DJ Shadow. People who like Minecraft music can probably appreciate a lot of this stuff (Aphex Twin also has some chill bangers)
If you like hip hop A Tribe Called Quest is amazing for this because it’s chill but it’s still fun to listen and sing along to
