It’s called the ground effect surfer by orderlyhippo

It was a SimplePlanes post. Fairly popular, with around 100 upvotes if I remember correctly— which I don't. It was based on a game and the craft floated over the ground. The craft was indestructible also. It didn’t put fly normally and you had to dive it into the ground to accelerate.

Basically an ocean surfer/ sky surfer/ something surfer based on a game where you had to dive down to accelerate.
