I,ve followed the real Hughes H-4 Blueprint to do this. Its kinda huge and i wanted to add more detail on it but i worried about that not all device can support if it is too much to load.
For Phone user i recommend to do this few step before download it.
Step:
1 - Use any aircraft you have on your game and change the location to (Krakabloa - Water Takeoff)
2 - set the Graphic to Low (Prevent game crash)
3 - You may download the aircraft now.ENJOY!

and i did make an rc plane but it was to heavy and would keep stalling so i installed some rc turbines and it was flying amazing until i crashed it one the lake

My device really can't handle this plane. Having the location on water takeoff and setting to the minimum will still happen. I try a few times and it still crash

Before download this Hughes H-4.
Try to load any other aircraft and change the location to Water takeoff also change your Graphic to Low quality. When you do all the step i recommended try to restart the game for 1-2 times. I guess it might work🤔 Because i have the same problerm like you and all the step work for me😉 @destroyerP
