Welcome to the Starter Plane Challenge!

Idea
The point is to build a starter themed plane that would look like the Wasp, Kicking Fish, etc

Rules

Can...

be up to 400 parts and a minimum of about 20

Be a successor of this one

Have weapons

Oh yeah, it can also be working VTOL, but has to include the RCN, nozzle, and engine.(Gyroscope allowed)

Cannot...

Have mods, obviously

Be more than about 400 parts

Have custom landing gear, unless its a fixed gear plane

Have fuselage wings. That means the wings have to be actual in-game wings

scaled parts, modded parts/weapons. It can weapons, but they have to function normally

Have more than 9 wings (max three wings as main wings, or however you want it.) [can have more if its for decoration ad to make it have stripes, but make sure they have no wing physics]

Is it agile for a fighter, too agile, is it for for a cruise plane, is it too agile?
