VTOL for flaps
Gaolie is a light military crew transport aircraft. Mainly used for medium ranged flights, it flies at arround 300mph low altitude, 400mph at 20.0000ft>, and increasing as air gets thiner in higher altitudes. Ceiling service limit is at arround 35.000ft, but reccommended flight is at 20.000-35.000ft when the weather is clear. It stalls at 120mph, and takes off at 120mph both with flaps-down.

@Vayloz ok thanks and i also delete some comments afterwards, hope it helps. also i recommend making the weight on the bottom and increasing the mass of the Wheels also makes the suspension smoother and it can act like a counterweight if it almost tips over.
