Don't be fooled by the name because it is a very long range aircraft. (2+ hours).
It takes off and lands at about 110 but takes absolutely no time to stop and get going again. When landing try keeping the speed over 115 so the nose doesn't drop. Oh yeah and don't forget to put the flaps down. ;-)
