The new colossus

Designed by Horizon Fleet Systems and built by San Silba Shipyards, the Triskelion class Carriers are the largest ships in the Erandian Navy. The Erandian Federation uses these ships as their flagships and a representation of Erandian Power. The Ferulian and Divoroan nations see something different. They see and they fear, A new colossus.

Designed to supplement the Hydra class Fleet carriers of the Erandian Royal Navy, the Triskelions CVNs are powered by 2 Jathiwa shipworks VRC-113 Nuclear reactors. They generate an immense 1600 Megawatts of electricity and 180 MW to power the 4 propellor shafts, which gives it a maximum speed of 31 Knots.

MK1 DEAAW

The MK1 DEAAW (Directed-energy Anti-aircraft weapon) is a Laser-based weapon. It's massive electrical consumption makes the Triskelion and its 2 Nuclear reactors the only ship capable of effectively firing it. The DEAAW is the first of its kind and is very efficient at taking on multiple hostiles at the same time.

Sensor Systems

Housed in the integrated mast of the Triskelion, nicknamed the "forehead" by crews, the SCPBS-6 and LRCSP-3 processing systems are linked to the "ATHENA" Combat system, as well as a large Type MK83 AESA Radar, MK82 Phased Array Surface Scan radar and MK81 air combat radar.

This ship also has multiple other sensor systems, and has a Type 2 EWC Unit for jamming hostile missiles, and laser distruptors. The ship also has 2 MK3 Chaff and flare launchers.

Carrier Battle Group

A total of 25 ships form the Triskelion class' CBG during wartime deployments.

However, only 14 ships form the Triskelion CBGs during peacetime.

At 1000 parts, this ship is hopefully one of my best. It shares the rank of "Highest part count" with the Chimera. She is based off the Gerald R Ford but is quite different from her. This is actually quite an old project, dating back to 18th December last year. I abandoned the project in early January, but picked it back up again in mid March.
