DHC XFA-328

Document I: Description

Document I.A: Synopsis

The XFA-301 is a two-seater prototype multirole fighter developed by DHC for the German Luftwaffe and is its twelvth aircraft. It is an entirely new design built from scratch, though it is mostly for demonstrating the pros and cons of variable geometry wings and the improved missiles of the H5 weapons set the Corporation has created.

Document I.B: Design

The XFA-328 incorporates experimental variable-geometry wings that would automatically sweep backwards at 767m/s. However, this would hinder the design's overall performance due to the bulk of the wing root mechanisms.

Document I.C: Armament

The DHC has upgraded its H1 weapons set, the missiles included bearing the same names as their predecessors but sporting longer flight time and shorter firing delay. The new weapons suite is designated H5, however the MR-20Z rotary cannon is still maintained.

Document I.D: Production

The XFA-328 is mostly intended for weapons and technology demonstrator, though the corporation plans to set the aircraft into production stage by mid-2025 to serve alongside the Dreifaltigkeit der Stille and the Arthur aircrafts. The nicknames coined by its test pilots were "Phönix" [lit. Phoenix] and Narbengesicht [lit. Scarface]. It produced numbers of only 7 prototypes in early 2024, however the DHC plans to build at least 200 production units by early 2025.

Hello, fellow dogfighters! I apologize for being inactive for so long, schoolwork is just catching up on me because I was busy being lazy and all that. So much for originality, I decided to make some sort of a bootleg XFA-27 out of interest in swang wang tech. So if any y'all are asking if this is a XFA-27, well no, but actually yes. Anyway, have good morningdaynight and cue Fire Youngman in the background.
