Sky Sniper.

"A cheap, dependable light plane, heavily armed and armored, flown by Army personnel, to give our soldiers the close support they need. Let's give our fighting GI's a new deal in air protection. The Air Force is doing a good job but it's planes aren't capable of giving the infantry the close ground support it needs. We want planes that can come down and fight side-by-side with the men, cheap planes that can be produced in large numbers without ruining our economy. And let's put them in the hands of the Army, itself.
Such a plane must be a sort of aerial jeep, adaptable to a wide variety of uses. It must be quickly convertible to attack, liaison, photographic, and possibly, night fighting missions."

Flight

Take Off With Half Flaps and Half Up Trim, it will lift off @ 100% throttle by itself.

Landing Low angle approach and as slow as possible (less than 130mph.)
Wings MUST be level and go easy on the brakes.
