I know others have done this same thing, but i wanted a hand at it... Flies, and lands well... Slow as molasses in Maine in December... Trim down 100%, Throttle up to 100%, reach ground speed of ~40, A1 to deploy chutes, and Vtol down 100% to aim thurst. Adjust trim for altitude. Turn with roll.

Nice! I hadn't seen this before. For a nice descent, have trim and VTOL all the way down and reduce throttle to ~85%. Bump up to ~88% right before landing and shut the throttle and engage the brakes as soon as the wheels touch. Boom! Awesome landing @28mph!!
