Since I've uploaded the flak cannon, I've learned that there's a much simpler, easier & cost efficient way of doing this (thanks to @PlanariaLab). All you have to do is, instead of detaching 1/3 of the total parts count, lose over 1/2 of the total (starting) wing area. Just one big wing on a detacher in other words. (you can scale down the wing part, of course) Just two parts!

@DatMaluchGuy19 @Kendog84 Once ago, i tried to prevent the Ai Targeting each other by putting lot of fuel tank(just as how i learned from Kendog84's flak cannon XD), and put it on detacher. And it was successfully prevents the ai not to Targeting each other. (But i didn't applied this trick to all the ai polices, because it's too tiring job, and have to put more fuel tank depending to the part count)
