It can do some insane tricks, such as flipping in mid-air, turning 180 degrees on a dime, and hovering perfectly, just like the real one can. It is unlike any other plane you've flown! It flies fine, but as soon as you turn on the "thrust vectoring", it threatens to throw you out of the sky. 180 on a dime sounds good but will lead to stall and...burnt stuff.
Cool idea, although I have used something like that on my wingless flying machine.

Try the version with out the tail or just take the tail off. It becomes even more insane. It’s kinda like zero gravity. @Ihavenorealideawhatiamdoing

Very nice. But, btw, it is NOT a fighter concept. Yes, it beats a Su-35 (But not PAK FA) in a maneuverability (for USA it is REALLY good). But it does not have any radars and weapons and has not fuel enough for combat missions. And putting all this into an X-31 will turn its agility into a zero.
