Takeoff: Trim all the way nose up (slider down), lower flaps all the way (optional), pull all the way up on the stick and full power. Add a few stabs of left rudder to maintain centerline as asymmetries pull the jet to the right t. Landing: Trim all the way nose up (slider down) & lower flaps (optional), approximately 20% power/200 mph on approach, reduce power as you flare. Hold the jet off until as slow as possible (~150 mph).
History: Designer Ed Heinemann’s “Hot Rod”, the Skyhawk was a lightweight delta-winged shipboard attack jet. Designed in the 1950s to be as simple and small as possible (the tiny wing didn’t even fold!), it still possessed high speed, maneuverability and an impressive weapons load. It was one of the U.S. Navy’s most important combat aircraft during Vietnam, flown by the “Blue Angels” and also flown by Israel, Australia, Kuwait and Brazil. This one represents one of the ultimate Skyhawks, the A-4K. In the mid-1980s, when faced with replacing their A-4s, the Royal New Zealand Air Force instead completely upgraded their Skyhawks to A-4K standard, at the time upgrading their avionics to a level comparable to the F-16. Even though a cost-effective upgrade, the incoming Labour Government, led by Helen Clark gutted New Zealand's armed forces as a "cost-savings measure" and totally divested their fast jet force of 24 Skyhawks in 2001, sorely missed to this day.

@AceMcCloud thanks. This is an older build, so there are some autoroll issues, it’s undersized and also really difficult to take off and land. I’ve considered rebuilding a new Scooter because it’s one of my favorite jets of all time.
This is Nice...Wow, you nailed it.

@Luuk2909 yep :) I've watched that film a million times. That time when they fly inverted over the enemy and give them a middle finger 😅
