Living in the infected city is not a walk in the park. You cannot just drive a basic car, like back in the day...
You need a powerful V8 engine to fight your way through the horde. A muscle car perhaps a good choice...

The machine gun came from a wrecked military vehicle, the Coalition left here loads of military equipment.
But beware, the military bases are the most infected zones in the city.
The Ghouls are the infected ones, they mind is controlled by the virus...

They can easily destroy weak structures, sometimes it feels like they're bullet resistants. The Ghoul's only weakness is it's hearing...
