Description

The Mack Terrapro series is a cab-over truck model used with mobile cranes, refuse attachments, and a few other options. While commonly used as a trash truck with Heil, AMREP, or McNeilus models, Waste Management doesn’t use very many of them as front loaders. But for the sake of simplicity I decided to do the Mack over the more commonly used Peterbilt models. I also omitted much of the lettering and the trash compactor to save parts and give potato users a slim chance of actually being able to run this thing (most can’t run any of the good vehicles on this site).
Some people might say the acceleration is too quick, but to that I say: don’t floor it. If you’re using keyboard controls, that’s fine, but I highly recommend using a joystick or the on-screen controls to make gas pedal action more realistic. The same generally goes with braking. No truck driver ever slams their brakes on unless they absolutely have to. I’ve never even slammed them on in my car.
