Around a year and a half ago, I have created "XML.com", which as some of you may know, is a place in which XML in-capable users (that sort of sounds like an insult...) can request XML modding. I've even recently created a Discord server for it. The issue is... so far, we've been very short on modders. Up until a few months ago when a user (DepressedTurtoise) joined as the 2nd modder, I was the only one modding. And even today, it's only the 2 of us. At some times, we can be busy or have issues with SimplePlanes and thus we must make our customers wait, which can get irritating. I would try to get people to join as modders, however, I'm afraid I don't know how to reward them for their work...
Does anyone have any idea as to what is a good reward/wage system for potential modders? I've been suggested to upvote their craft... but not only is that an unfair way to use upvotes, but what if they don't have many crafts or I already upvoted them because I already checked them out. I find thats option to be quite limiting. Any ideas?

Cool. @Strikefighter04 And btw, remember that if you becoming a modder, you don't need to worry about being constantly active. You can complete orders as you will. You don't need to feel obliged to complete orders. @exosuit
@PositivePlanes 10 upvotes? Yeesh I Think that's too much. I do requests sometimes if I get tagged and sometimes it's really simple. I would say the reward depends on what kind of effort is put in to it.
@BlackhattAircraft I'm fine with not getting rewarded, but besides, half of the time my customer upvote some of my stuff... so somewhat, yes.

You could get customers to “pay” for the crafts with upvotes or something. That would also be unfair kinda but I mean...
Honestly I don’t think it’s something someone should feel the need to be payed for, you’ll prolly get some new modders out of this post anyway

Lol. Glad to know you are satisfied. Maybe in a year or two we will be buying Amazon X-D. The issue again with upvotes is that not everyone might have enough crafts to upvote, but thank you for the suggestion. @PositivePlanes
