What problem? I dont see a problem.
@NathanMikeska im sorry, i am unsure if this is a bug but i found out that engines do not need to be connected to a fuel sources, and vtol nozzles can work by themselves when a vtol engine is present anywhere. Here is an example

Does this just happen for a single frame or does the problem last for a while? Is it only happening when you load in to the flight scene?
Try putting some inlets
I'd try adding a few inlets.

It's because your engines aren't getting enough air. Try putting some inlets on your plane.

Uof i get that sometimes but it doesn't affect anything just happens sometimes when loading.
