A few hours ago I posted a question about gun calibers in the game and yet no one had answered it. So I decided to measure it my self: The base of a wing gun has a thickness of about 0.3ft and the diameter of the barrel is about 5/6 of the thickness, which gives us a caliber of 0.3 * 5/6 * 12=3 inches (76.2mm).

" Wait, did you say 3 INCH?! " You might ask.

Yes! And that is the caliber of the MAIN GUN of the famous T-34/76 and later versions of M4 Sherman.

So next time when your plane gets destroyed with a single shot, don't forget that your enemy is shooting at you with a 76mm autocannon.
