Add reattach part feature to mobile

For those who don’t know, on PC/Mac, there’s a feature in the designer where if you select a part and press shift+K, it unattaches from all it’s connection points, and reattaches to all parts which are touching it. This feature is really useful in situations where you’ve nudged a part miles from where you attached it, and you want to reconnect it where it is without moving it, or when the mirror tool is being faulty and it hasn’t connected the part you mirrored properly.

I an currently modifying my Scout Tundra (again) into a Baja truck, and I am having some great difficulty when the rear suspension disconnects (its quite complex), and building the front. I can’t get on the computer now, because my brother is on it.
Sometimes, with the suspension, a rotator or a spring will disconnect, and it’s impossible to reattach them without the shift+K feature. (Which brings up a bug, you can’t attach rotated parts to anything, which is very frustrating.)
There is a small fender located just in front of the front wheel, which somehow, even though it’s millions of miles way, has attached it’s self to one of the beacons in the head light, and now I can’t mirror it. If I had the shift+K feature, I could just reattach it like nothing, but now I have to to quite a lot of work to mirror it without issues now, and then it probably won’t attach properly, which is the problem I had previously for it.
