Fictional Aircaft Companies!

13.9k CanofBeans  7.8 years ago

If you noticed that most of my recent planes have had the name, Viktor, and the prefix, Vk, in the title, it's because I have decided to make a fictional aircraft company called Viktor Areoplanes!

Backstory time!

Viktor Areoplanes was started before WWII in 1934 in a small town in Prussia. It mainly made commercial airliners before the war, but during, it produced cargo planes for the Russian military. After WWII, Viktor Areoplanes disbanded due to the collapse of Prussia and then filed for bankruptcy. However, in 1996, the Viktor title and business was bought by an American man by the name of Charlie Smith. Afterwards, Viktor produced several successful cargo planes, civilian airliners, strike fighters, and several other classified military projects.
So, do you own a fictional aircraft company, if so, tell everyone the name and how/when it was started!

    HARPIA Defence Systems
Harpia Defence Ssytems (HDS) is an aeronautical engineering designer and manufacturing company. It is relatively new to business but its technical core comes from large companies like LockheedMartin, Dassault and NorthropGrumman. Its main business sector is advanced defence systems such as sensors, avionics, composite materials and battle software systems. But, recently HDS decided to make the big step and get into heavy aircraft industry starting with the CV-26M Pulser, which became a big success to SP community. After that, a decision has been made to focus on tactical airlift and CAS aircrafts in order to cover the huge demand for this kind of aircrafts due to severe tensions in the Jundroo Archipelagos and the continuous arm racing of the involved nations. HDS moved recently to new state-of-the-art establishments at Yeager Airport, hangar No.2. Current CEO is Daniel Colmer and Technical Director is Ariana Fitsworth.

    19.5k ACMECo1940

ACME Co. was founded in 1924 and started making anvils. After a while WWII came around and ACME started making planes. After WWII, ACME still made airplanes and experimented with new designs. During the late 80's and early 90's, they started making full scale replicas of WWII airplanes. In the 2000s ACME began to slow down the aircraft production and took a break for a while. Then in 2011 ACME came back and slowly rebuilt. As of 2016, ACME is currently going to release new aircraft as well as a replica of the Panzer.

    BACKSTORY :D

SeabCo Colonial Aeroplanes was founded in 1910 to bring the glorious sport of flying to the tea drinking gentlemen of pre-ww1 Britain, but when WW1 came, it was forced to begin making aeroplanes for the RFC, which mostly served on the small colony of Yeager Island. After success in WW1, SeabCo Aeroplanes (as it was now known) benefitted from the increased publicity, and re-started building civilian planes for the golden interwar years. One of their designs even won the Macrobertson Air Race! When WW2 began, some of the German employees migrated and formed the breakaway company SeabCo AG. This built many pioneering jet and piston planes for the Luftwaffe, whilst SeabCo Aeroplanes carried on building bombers and fighters for the RAF. After the many sales from the Air Ministry, SeabCo bought a small island and built an airfield and helipad (i'm working on a custom map!), which allowed them to build more planes, and test them in peace. Afterwards, SeabCo Helicopters became one of the most famous and powerful manufacturers on Yeager, and SeabCov of Russia became primary supplier to the VVS. Shortly after this 'Golden Age' of SeabCo, WW3 came to the islands (check out my posts for more!), which caused many more new and pioneering designs. This was also when they branched out into ships. After WW3, SeabCo has carried onto build more aircraft, and that reaches today!

Sorry for boring you all to death :P, but hope you enjoyed!

I have a fictional company called Scout Air Co. Called "Scout" on my aeroplanes.

    Back story!

Scout Air Co. was made up when I had built a 5 minute build that turned out to be the best flying aeroplane that I had ever experienced. I struggled to find a name for it, until I thought... Scout Explorer. The name was perfect! So I led on from there.

We have several aircraft manufacturers: KRIEG, Bandit Industrial Group, Paternian Defense Industries, and Dragot Aerospace.

KRIEG (Kuat-Rodmantown Industrial Engineering Group) and Bandit Industrial Group produce both for the civilian and military, and make everything from cars, pens, tanks, clothes, and of course, planes. KRIEG is viewed as the more upscale brand, and Bandit as the budget brand.

KRIEG is a merger of Kuat Engineering and Rodmantown Industries in order to consolidate their resources. Of their aircraft, it is principally airliners, although they produce militarized variants for the Paternian Air Force.

Bandit Industrial Group is a conglomerate of various smaller companies managed, owned, and run collectively. They include Bandit Aircraft Group and Bandit Defense Group.

Paternian Defense Industries is the principal arms supplier of the Paternian Armed Forces, although Bandit, KRIEG, Rocker Firearms, and Carlton Arms supply the military. Aircraft is only one of their many defense products.

Dragot Aerospace is a nascent aircraft company located in the city of Dragot. They take up production from the aforementioned companies when they are at capacity. Despite this, they produce drones for the Paternian Air Force.
