According to SimplePlanes Wiki, the Jackhammer is based on LAV-25. But in my opinion, it is not really looks like the LAV-25 at all, it is kinda different. I am sure it is not LAV-25, or maybe it is pure fictional, in-game made wheeled tank. Maybe based on some Eastern European ground combat vehicle like Russia or other thing, but I'm not really sure of it as well.
It has elements of the LAV-25, Stryker, and BTR-80 in one package

I gues the Jackhammer in the game was inspired not only by the LAV-25, but also by other military vehicles or concepts. AIK, game developers often take creative liberties when creating their technical models, mixing and matching different elements to achieve the desired look and functionality.

I don’t think this is something in the style of Eastern European countries.
But one thing is clear, the mystery of Jackhammer remains in the shadows.
Pretty sure it's a fictional design since it's one of EternalDarkness' M.Corp Panthers with a heavier turret installed.
