Absolutely. I moved from mobile to PC, and at first it was a bit hard to get used to, but now I can't even play on mobile without getting sick of the controls after a few minutes. Building is much easier on PC, and flying is much more fun, especially with a joystick. I'd strongly suggest getting one, and I don't mean like a console-type joystick, I mean a flight stick. I use the Logitech Attack 3 and it's so fun to use.

All in all, my answer is a big yes.

I honestly don't know why you're asking us. Go for it, its only $13 and is totally worth it. I have both mobile and PC, and PC is way better.

On PC your finger doesn't move the parts and sliders to a different position when you lift it off. Also the mods are better, including multiplayer. And better graphics and more islands.
