I was thinking... the system for challenges right now is arguably pretty awful and abusive, in fact, a lot of them are just used to scrap up points from the successors, or are very poorly made
What if the website had a new tab specifically for challenges where you can set the deadline, and you can add your planes to it, and they'll be listed. The creator of the challenge can set a deadline planes can be added until, a section to explain the rules and the scenario/topic, and then a thumbnail and a title. Kind of like a forums section, but for challenges. I think it would just be much easier to set it up that way

I think someone actually screenshotted that menu before, but I can't find the comment anymore so it was probably deleted. I remember it having a shield icon that isn't used anywhere else here.
@LieutenantSOT yes, I’ve tried to do two of them, one of them got some attention but not enough to work out, I’m trying to figure out custom thumbnails on mobile so I can do a better one
But I do agree that quite a few are just spam...
And my first challenge was my WW2 fictional air challenge to inspire creativity

I was Bronze, but my first public and good ones were when I was Silver and I got like 3K points from it from successors. It's about putting effort into it though and making it fun. I have not the time nor energy to fully do one anymore, but they're a ton of fun to make and see what people, who actually put effort in, can do
@Defalt1 LieutenantSOT (I think it was him, might have been someone else) was silver when he made his first challenge…. Guess what…. It worked out great for him
@LeaveUsAlone No, most of them are just spam and the most braindead challenge i ever see. If there a good one its rare
@Defalt1 A lot of the best challenges come from silver players that get turned into platinum by their challenge… just something to keep in mind…

@Yourlocalhuman 's war challenges are a very good example for a challenge, like an RTS but in SimplePlanes.
You create an aircraft using your own funds, and then pitting them to battle against AA, FlaK and enemy aircraft to attain the main objective
