So I had a thought

Could you turn a plane with a gyro? If you hook it up to two hinge rotators one for pitch one for roll and have the gyro on like 250%. I will try this out once I finish my seaplane for feiwu's challenge. I just want the community insight to either confirm or deny the hypothesis.

@IssaIwan I created another post describing what I did and the first stage of the experiment I'll tag on on it

You mean like have an autopilot-type thing? Like the autopilot configurations for RC planes? If so, you could just set the max pitch and max roll (keep the degree of pitch higher than the degree of roll), it worked for my Untertasse.

You could just control all that from the gyro itself. the Hinge rotators only have max authority of 10 degrees, which is the same for gyros, as far as I know.
