Some people just make an account to download planes to fly. I don't blame them

I dont post because my aircraft will cause drama.

If I remember right, an account is required to download a plane with a higher-than-recommended part count. I may be wrong with this, but thought I saw it somewhere. Some people also like to lurk, rather than actively participate. I certainly did that for a while. Of course, there are plenty of old accounts that have been forgotten about by their creators.

I would guess it is so that they can follow people they like and comment (since you can't conveniently upvote when you have 30 points) But these players will upvote given the option! On my 2 latest major posts I have had self made upvote buttons and multiple people with 0 points on their accounts did upvote the stuff. Actually a shocking ammount, I think some of the users had their accounts for years. I think we should just incourage them to post something.

Maybe they're just too shy to make anything, and are probably discouraged to post their creations

Yea. The only reason that i follow some of them is because i want to encourage them to start posting, and one of them is my cousin.

Just remember - I already made a forum about that. The mods/devs should delete these accounts, it would make free space on the site. I counted exactly 191,562 accounts on this website, and exactly 84.13% have 0 points. And I think most of them also have 0 posts, 0 comments, nothing.

@Plane66373637 Same. I’ve been here for four years, but started uploading around a month ago (though my first comment was from 7 months ago about the Hellkeska being a Fencer, not a Tornado)

It’s kind of like YouTube. Many people make accounts and don’t post anything.

Or just because they can’t build and want to just download stuff. My brother I know has an account, but doesn’t use it or post anything on it. He says he’s always happy when he can make something that just barely flies.

There are so many users from over the years that joined and literally did nothing.

Probably someone made a fake account to just upvote themselves
