disable all mods restart the game and reactivate mp,
if it still refuses,
try restarting your computer,
maybe simpleplanes bugged the code out

before i posted the dinosaur i fergot to check the connecttions, due to this error the tip of the chin is connected to the upper jaw
Remove the connection to make the jaw work
