All guns are controlled via trim and VTOL.

Projects like these, admittedly, aren’t so hard to make, but they are still relatively complex. An upvote will be appreciated for my efforts. :D
First, I would like to give credit to @Falkenwut for his post (based on an actual 1960s or so concept) that inspired me to create a warship-based aircraft.
.
Second, more thanks to @Ahtzee’s infinite fuel tank (of which I used twice in this build), which gives this 747 pretty much unlimited range here. :D
.
Third, the tail keeps cracking open like an egg... it doesn’t break off fully, but it’s worth mentioning as a warning to you guys.
I’ll hold a little competition here: I’m going to post the maximum speed my plane has reached and y’all try to beat it. I’ll have a mini “leaderboard” set up in the description with everyone who competed. :D

Give your speeds as responses to this comment.
Simply throttle up and adjust accordingly using the VTOL lever.
Activation Group 1 to slam on the afterburners.

Concorde Development Team
From some blueprints of Concorde, I was able to deduce a reasonable concept and strategy to build this.
.
My previous Boeing 747 project left me with a lot of experience in this subject of shaping a plane out to how to best suit conditions and preferences.
Throttle up to accelerate, and brake to reverse.
.
Weaponry
Artillery
The single 1014mm gun has a slow rate of fire (1 shot every 2 seconds) and spins slowly. However, it’s a multi role model and can serve as a poorly decided AA defense along with the more sensible missiles.
Activation Group 4 to turn the gun into action.
Roll to rotate the gun.
VTOL to change elevation.
.
Missiles
I designed this ship with a relatively compact design. This, however, meant if I tried launching a missile, it would blow up the command tower (and therefore trigger the torps and the whole ship would explode). So I added a series of hinge rotators to safely move the launchers 20* and out of harm’s way.
Activation Group 2 activates the rotators.
The missiles include:
3 Cleavers
6 Guardians
7 Interceptors
.
Torpedoes
I borrowed a design from a fellow named Kyle12334 (which was originally a triple) and edited it. It is capable of launching a full salvo (all 20 torps at once).
Activation Group 5 activated the torpedo tubes’ rotators (VTOL controlled).
Activation Group 1: All Out Assault
.
This was a random idea I had based off of the USS Arleigh Burke and decided to set about on this.
.
I’m glad this is pretty much mobile friendly... :D
Lol. Think you can post a video on how to reconnect with the carrier? I end up losing it before I can dock mostly because of some ramming AI plane...@Falkenwut
I feel you in terms of how hard this was to make... I made a New York-class refit that could operate a recon plane and retrieve it via a system of two cranes, winches, and magnets. I salute you with this design.
While constructing the winch retrieval system on this battleship, one of the two magnets would fall off, even after being properly attached. I tested this out three times before launching this on SimplePlanes.com, but there is always a possibility of that happening.
Aircraft Retrieval and Cranes
The method I put was the easiest possible way in my power to set up aircraft retrieval. It would be a span of about 30sec - 4min to recover the single-use reconnaissance jet plane and was very complex as well. I might refit this later, so please give me recommendations.
That. Freaking. Rudder.
I tried tips given to me via others who made warships (put ReactonControlNozzles in the hull to adjust to yaw) but this ship just keeps drifting... again, recommendations and suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Airplane itself
I found a pretty big issue with recovery of the aircraft and moving my battleship; if I accelerated the throttle, the plane would shoot off into the distance. So I added two detachers on each side of the plane and put the jet engines on them. Somewhat worked and de-complicated recovery by something like a factor of 10...
@CreeperOfTheFortress Lol. It’s a 747 that has a wingspan that stretches off the boundaries of Wright Airport’s runway... If you can’t find it, I’ll provide a link.
Just a little tip if you want to expand to really big projects and then you encounter issues with braking: from my experience building a 747 who's wings go off the edges of the runway, use VTOL thrusters powered only through braking and with no such rotation allowed. Then, bury the VTOL inside the main build with maybe an inlet snuck in there.
Really good plane, btw. Relatively versatile and can take off of water (only 1/12 of the time, though...).
How the hell do people build helicopters in such good fashion?? All of mine are pure s*... (one is legit just made out of 20gallon fuel tanks and two rotors) Maybe I'll download this... If I get any good ideas out of this, I'll upvote.
I came upon it out of nowhere... After a random flight on my 747 at heading 22* to 36* or something, I did a test landing at Avalanche Airport before I made my way to the Ice Base.
I'll be honest here... I didn't really use this vehicle specifically... (instead, I use one of my VTOL supersonics to kamikaze straight through the roof of the base. Worked anyway) but I'ma try it out with this now...
My 747 battleship: “Now this is an Avengers-level threat...”

You sure this is a carrier?
By the looks of things, this is a mini STAR DESTROYER... :D
Lmao. Finally, there is a build that has legitimately crashed my game. Cool, though.
I built an aviation battleship too. 6 guns and an operable gun plane.
Me looking at this:
Never say never...
I got an idea...
Oh ok. @Falkenwut
I’m trying... @Falkenwut
Lol. Think you can post a video on how to reconnect with the carrier? I end up losing it before I can dock mostly because of some ramming AI plane...@Falkenwut
A small issue I found though... when I detach the micro fighters, the guns deactivate. So I couldn’t shoot anything...

Besides that, very good airplane. :D
