An extremely advanced civilization creates a multiverse teleportation machine and placed in a spaceship. A glitch in the system causes the ship to duplicate and sent to different universes but all crash into the universe's earth equivalent.
In a catastrophic earthquake in earth 001 (real life) causes a portal to activate causing a domino effect of portal activation across the multiverse. The portals are discovered at around the same era for most civilizations (late 70s, early 80s). In another catastrophic glitch, about a dozen and a half earth-type planet merges into a single planet (now referred as the Juno).
@IceCraftGaming what if... we don't start a conflict as a whole faction, but only one of us. The sanctions will be put on them and not on the faction so we can still operate like normal
I could propose a cheap mbt design based on Soviet and Chinese tanks, since this is the modern era (I hope so) we could use small tanks with low hull profile, a heavily armored turret, and a gun with slightly more power than other tanks

Founded by the Osten people in the year 1421, Ostenia was believed to be the promised land of the Ostenian people after being displaced for over 100 years. Absorbing neighboring empires, Ostenia would often find itself in a state of war until the year 1517 when the era known as the "Great Peace" started and ended in 1718 when the so called "People's Revolution" took place plunging Ostenia and the whole continent into it's dark age decimating the population of empires. Under the leadership of Brigand I, Ostenia was able to end the unrest in 1721 after several hard fought battles.
During the Second Industrial Revolution in 1870, Ostenia was invaded by several other nations from the north west, west, and south east starting the "Great Defense". Miraculously, Ostenia would survive the war allowing the nation to bind up its wounds. After the war, large amounts of cash were allocated to the military to avoid a similar event in the future. Several military reforms were carried out during the early 1880's as tensions in the continent rose higher again
In 1914 Ostenia would participate in the Great War but most of the accounts during the war were burnt to ash during the "Burning of Fauxlier in 1942". In 1937, Ostenia was attacked again, this time by Socialist Republic of Esthmund leading to a war that ended in 1945. During the war, the Ostenian Capital would fall in 1942 leading to it being burnt, but with help from Germany and Shenoa in 1943 Ostenia would be able to recapture the capital and push back Esthmudian troops back to it's original border and forcing a cease fire on 1945.
After the war, Ostenia would be dragged into the Cold War almost instantly as Esthmund and Ostenia would continue their arms race up until 2000 when Esthmund catipulated and split into several republics with an ex-Esthmund republic Tranitstrova being absorbed into the Federation in 2007.
@WorstPlaneIEverMake yeah i overloaded myself with a bunch of projects so i forgot about this challenge. i honestly have no clue on what to do with this thing at this point since most of my energy is focused on school and other projects :/ i'll try to update this today. i tend to have a horrible sleep schedule so i might be able to make updates again this week because most of the school events are gone (for now i hope)
