SP is almost a decade old, and from what I've heard, there are parts of the core game that are kinda spaghetti coded, which makes updating the game difficult, whish I think is why Jundroo is moving away from SP.

Also, Jundroo is working on some unannounced project which Andrew says we will like, so maybe SP2 or some other physics based game that involves planes, I I wouldn't exactly sat the devs are putting in a lack of effort.

With that said, I do think SP needs a couple of very small things added to complete it for now:
Funky tree inputs for wheel brakes
Buttons/switches with a hold setting for actuating (e.g. if you want flaps operated by a hold button for down and a seperate hold button for up, but also want them to be acuated by VTOL) and a 2 way switch that can be pushed both up, down and middle.
jamesPLANESii's crack potatoes recipe! It's very easy! Just follow these simple instructions:
INGREDIENTS:
- At least 1 potato
- Extra virgin Olive oil
- 1 bag of crack
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place potato(es) on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 45 minutes or until soft all the way through.
Place potato(es) on plate and cut most of the way through in a Cross pattern.
Pour the entire bag of crack on the potato(es). The more the merrier! Literally.
And that's all! This recipe is perfect for cheering yourself up. If you some how find yourself choosing your last meal, this is perfect. It's always good to head out on a high!
@XProAerospaceAircrafts SPVR has an in-game SP site browser that you have to use to download and upvote planes. You don't download things from simpleplanes.com. It's fully integrated into the game, and you don't need points to upvote things in it.
Tbh it is definitely falling off a bit now without any new updates and new games coming out.

Though tbh, it's kinda incredible that SP managed to sustain a consistent large player base for 8 years
It's okay, definitely better than SP for making accurate, moderately detailed aircraft, but going for super-detailed cockpits and highly accurate mechanisms and systems it lacks behind, and I'll be sticking to SP for that reason.

To do this, you need to set the input on the control base to 0, and then in Overload adjust the lerp strength to adjust the strength of the spring. I'd also suggest increasing the spring strength as high as it will go.
