@IceCraftGaming the reason why the interceptors are connected was to test the HUD to make sure it was working properly. (X, Y, Z coordinates) I fully expected carrot to remove the interceptors @OnlyRealCarrot
@Bellcat you're right, I didn't feel like rebuilding an entire brand new instrument panel so I changed the size of one of my other front ends and connected it to carrots 747
@GuyFolk Ok ! Sounds like a plan ! I totally understand what you're saying. As far as this particular cockpit it's all designed by @winswings I only did your hud and the sweeping radar. But I think it's smart to change my instruments to digital. I'll work on it in my future builds right now I have one cat crying and one cat hiding. Got a new cat today it's "The war on the shore ! "
@Hazerz I loved your design, that's why I did this. You will get points as well. Also, if you download it and repost after painting or anything else, I will upvote you !
@brazuca thanks for the spotlight my friend. In order to get the HUD to work with that gun correctly. The camera, computer, HUD, label, all had to be connected to the top of the gun and NO where else. That's how I was able to pull it off.
@OnlyRealCarrot I know it's not exactly the same front and you had on the plane, but it would take a monster amount of time and effort to work from scratch. What I would recommend you do is change the shape of the front end.
@winswings @OnlyRealCarrot Guys Peep the RailGun dedicated HUD. In order for to work I had to connect the camera, HUD, Flight computer, label ALL to the top of the RailGun or nothing would work. Of course it took me about 5 hours to figure out every single component through trial and error. (Mostly Error) "Never going to give Carrot up, never going to let Carrot down or run around and break Carrot". Lmao ! ! !
@Hazerz I just spent the last 5 hours fighting with this thing to get it to work correctly. Notice the HUD with the diamond locking symbol around the plane in air-to-air mode. Also check out all the variables I had to add to get the railgun & HUD to function properly. I hope you like this, I really liked your original post.
Win asked me to retool the electronics in his aircraft. I added a @guyfolk working HUD with all the variables that run it. A guyfolk railgun, and finally Zaineman's working sweeping radar with Easter egg in the center of the radar screen.
@Croissant exactly, like that Clint Eastwood movie where he steals the new Russian Mig 31 "FireFox" great movie, Great plane. @winswings @OnlyRealCarrot
@DarkTron I sent you 2 links. One to my Colonial Viper, and the other to my TIE fighter. My other TIE fighter snap rolls and does 1000mph+. It is definitely a different animal than my first TIE fighter. Honestly I sort of like the slower one.
@IceCraftGaming OMG that's so funny Ice ! When I saw that engine, at the time I forgot that it was Skyjaythefirst's plane. I was just about to Type "Fyi that engine you added was designed by @skyjaythefirst " Then I saw your post and I thought "wait a second, NO , Skyjaythefirst made that engine not whoever Ice is talking about. (Zaineman Scratches head, wondering how could Icecraftgaming get that wrong ? I swear he knows who built that engine...) Finally it dawned on me that the plane were talking about is Skyjaythefirst's plane ! Lol lol God that's funny ! That's like someone taking one of my planes and telling me "Hey I added a really cool weapon called the "Yeet Cannon" let me know if you like it " Fyi this comment is NOT a cut against @ChopShop, he is in my friend list and I follow him.
@DarkTron DarkTron, I thought you might like this. The reason I named it The Real Pod Racer is because my first post was taken down because I used a thumbnail that was against the rules. (Ooops) I don't want you to think it was a "cut" against you or your pod racer post. Please give this one a try and upvote if you like and tell me your thoughts. Also the Video is Here
@bananman Thanks bananman. @skyjaythefirst did the engines. If you look closely at the engine, you will see it is made out of many many scaled lights 100 per side if my memory serves me. These lights will change color as you get closer and closer to 100% thrust. Then when you slide the VTOL down, that's when my afterburners kick in with 4 or 5 more colors in addition to skyjaythefirst .
@SkyJayTheFirst Thanks SkyJay ! That means a bunch to me. There are 4 or 5 VTOL nozzles in each engine that make up my afterburners. Getting the colors correct was the trick (a pain) The addition of the color 00000 (black) helped a lot.
@Echostar not at all but please give credit to @guyfolk as it is his HUD. Also when you load the SYD (Super Yeet Detector) in the aircraft builder screen, be sure to copy and paste every single variable. If you do not the HUD will not work correctly. Also make sure the HUD is expanded out left right up down as much as it will go. Or again, the HUD will not work properly.
Here are the variables : there are two inputs for each line I'll show you the first one then I'll give you the entire list.
All of these need to be copied and pasted into the variable screen.
Next is your camera setup
The HUD and the camera should have the exact same Y and X coordinates.
The Z coordinate is as follows. Take the Z coordinate from the camera and add .447736 . Then type that total into the Z coordinate of the HUD and everything will work perfectly. I know it sounds like a lot but it's just a question of copying and pasting everything I just showed you. If you have any problems just talk to me
@guyfolk @icecraftgaming @skyjaythefirst @winswings just wanted to say thank you to you guys for the components inside of my aircraft that you designed.
@CensedPoppy thank you for the upvote on my Pod racer ! Check out some of my other builds. The super Yeet detector 6 is being built right now, version 5 is pretty cool, probably my favorite
@FlyBoy96082008 thank you for uploading my pod racer ! Check out my Super Yeet Detector V 5. It's arguably my most favorite build. Learn how to use the Yeet Cannon correctly. If you do take the time to fly it I would love to hear your thoughts. Z ;)
@Hazerz thank you ! I quite like how fast you can snap turn this, much like the real podracer. I'd like to take it deep through the canyons.
+3@IceCraftGaming the reason why the interceptors are connected was to test the HUD to make sure it was working properly. (X, Y, Z coordinates) I fully expected carrot to remove the interceptors @OnlyRealCarrot
+1@xNotDumb I got super busy so I connected a "fighter front end / cockpit" and I figured carrot would make changes as he saw fit. @OnlyRealCarrot
@OnlyRealCarrot lol
@winswings AMAZING WIN ! ! Sorry it took me so to look at this. Wow, nice work !
+1@Bellcat you're right, I didn't feel like rebuilding an entire brand new instrument panel so I changed the size of one of my other front ends and connected it to carrots 747
@WolfHunter9111 I understand !

@OnlyRealCarrot Thanks for the spotlight Carrot ! ! !
@MitchellAviation This is absolutely incredible. Nice work ! I tagged you on your own work so you could hear me say this twice. Lol lol
+1@winswings @guyfolk @brazuca @OnlyRealCarrot Guys, this turns tighter and faster then any plane I've seen. It is BAD ASS ! ! !

@WinsWings You got it Win. It was my pleasure. Getting that sweeping radar to line up correctly, that was no fun at all, but I got it done. Lol

@DarkTron Wow, what a very nice thing to say. Thank you so much ! Have you seen my Colonial Viper
+1@Echostar of course you can by all means. Thank you for your interest in the SYD v 6

+1WHY IS IT CALLED THE YEET DETECTOR ? IF YOU HAVEN'T FIGURED IT OUT PRESS HERE
@bananman thank you very much, that means a lot to me, I really like my Yeet detector series !
@BRAZUCA I know I can't believe it. I really started picking up speed once I hit 12,000. I really can't explain it..... Lol
@winswings Win, thank you for the spotlight my friend I appreciate that a lot ! ! !
+1@BeastHunter thank you beast Hunter you always have my back !

@OnlyRealCarrot I thought you would like it enough to maybe upvote it ? Maybe I'm wrong ? Maybe it's not good enough ? Lmao
