i've come close to actually considering doing it on some occasions, degrading mental health is not something easy to deal with let alone sometimes even talk about it. on the other side of things it's very easy to blame yourself, i often do so in situations like these. it isn't easy, and it'll definitely take some time, though i have no doubt you can cope and move on. if you need anyone to talk to about things i'm always open to help out.
