@Jacobdaniel I think you're talking about Maywar. It's a big desert island, but is only in the Steam version of the game due to it being too big for mobile devices. Here is a map of the entire Simple Planes archipelago, if you're interested.

@Farmlad Came to other thoughts. It flies well, but is a bit unstable at times.
You can just multiply the engine power instead of having the engine power just increase very slowly like in this.

Use the part transform tool. Click on a part, press the arrow on the right side of the screen and from that menu press the wrench in a gear icon.
