Your task is to make armor that can withstand a rocket impact! But how? Its fine if some parts blow off but the vehicle must still be intact, so what do you build? Build a car that can survive a rocket explosion (direct hit) and still be driveable!

No fuel/weight modding
No mod cheating (changing part health)
Has to have wheels to drive
It can be any size, but it has to work!
Vehicle has to drive
You cannot use more than 10 cockpits (excluding main one) as armor.

You can just XML mod a part to have enough health to survive a rocket hit, so I suggest adding a "No XML modding" to the rules.
