Save the window assembly as a subassembly, then make a new aircraft, attach the window assembly to the cockpit, then use fine tuner set to relative scale to scale it until it suits your needs
Quick tip when direct file editing:
You can have simpleplanes and the file editor open at the same time. To view the changes in game, save the file in the text editor, then tab over to the game, click load, and scroll down the craft you edited and load it. Your changes have now been loaded into the game.
In terms of code editors i use, i use a program for windows called TextEdit, i use it for editing save files for a game called Black Ice, which can have ginormous save files. It has a handy feature where you can hotkey a jump to a line, so i can hotkey to the inventory/ story progress, or in your case, special areas in your FT code

Mobile "does not" have mod support
Map plugins and map mods specially designed for ANDROID will work, stuff other than that won't work.
Water level setter is its own mod, so it won't work
