@ACEPILOT109 the drag points should be less than a tenth of what they are. That will allow you to reduce engine power and keep the top speed(It will be a drastic difference with every drag point you remove as drag is proportional to the square of airspeed). Then, simply add dead weight and your TWR should be close to the 1.1 or 1.2 to 1 you should have. Not ummm 13 to 1
Come on, a gyro? You could have gotten pitch and yaw with the main thrusters, and simply add RCS thrusters for the roll. Also, the engines are extremely overpowered... I can do a 30' suicide burn from terminal velocity--
Should not be too difficult to create an equation for this. IDK where you are in math currently, but you could create a system of equations, then combine them into one. I need paper to do math though and to explain it right
@Vincent_ that led me down a rabbit hole of Tom Scott saying dumb things;
"This is a Dasani water"
"The road behind me is closed"
"And it all goes to crap"
@rexzion you cant flair like that. And overwing engine would be too high above the CoM for realisticness, underwing would be too view-obstructing. Although underneath the truss could have worked mediocrely
People who know nothing about aviation need to stop being so egotistic and accept that they know virtually nothing about what they mindlessly attack companies with.
Yeah I saw the Captain Joe video on the MCAS from the 737MAX and it just maddens me. Boeing made a disable lever for the MCAS which was very easy to use. They offered training for it but lots of airlines declined to use it. Well, then two planes crashed and the airline's mistake turns into a massive hit on Boeing
Could I see the P-59? I might or might not use it though
@TheLurkingVexedVortex yes you are
@KnightOfRen dam you
@SnoWFLakE0s but then it would think it is already pointed at you, unless it uses rate of longitude/latitude instead of heading.
@DJ2keroni thank you :)
CREDIT TO ME FOR THAT WONDERFUL VIKING!!!

@BagelPlane lol idek what happens on my CRJ because it's too laggy. My Viking SHOULD have structural wings tho...
Unless if your going for RC
@rexzion precisely

@asteroidbook345 lol
Yeah do the wingtips but skip the belly crap. You could put them underwing like asteroid says. But make the canopy bigger bruh

@Cyieed462 hey kid
Hey loving the Tom Scott
@tsampoy I will whip you if you insult me once more
@asteroidbook345 easy fix
maxRpm = 100000
lol but yes we need it@rexzion a bit. Also your head would get very hot

@Homemade1 well I mean you could trash that and make it SP?
This was actually a nice plane... flies trash tho
@Lanc you have noooo idea. Maybe @ErgitheMobilefriendlyf can inform you on the last abomination of an airchair
@Hedero lol yeah I saw the predecessor
Thought you were dead there for a while
Glad to know I am safe
@trios21 Mars rovers are extremely difficult
@JakeS ooh that's a lot of parks(I'm kinda a park rat--although I love poweder)

@SnoWFLakE0s I figured. That's what I meant by a bit sooner lol I'm such an idiot. I meant closer to today lmao
1st of 60 yeaaaaah
Something WWII? Maybe a bit sooner?
@FeiWu possibly, however Captain Joe is a very viable source of information as far as I have found.
