@PapaKernels and, even if you had all of the fuel requirements, the loop you describe would be roughly 6.1 gees, more than the g tolerance of a Pitts S-1S(+6, -3), a very competitive aerobatic aircraft
Umm I have a problem with rule 5 tho... most general aviation aircraft are rated to do a safe 360* turn in about 2 minutes not in 15 seconds. And very rarely would an ultralight/almostlight/light sport be rated to do a loop, such low power and simplistic fuel systems would prevent you from getting past 40* into the loop. If anything make a rule that limits maneuverability to 3 gees at the very maximum

At least I'm glad the engine does not idle at zero rpm. Well assuming the engine start is realistic
Btw on the rotators for the stick you can add, inside the jointRotator area, a thing called "damperMultiplier" and set that to maybe 6000 so the movement is smooth
