Well yeah but those parts need to be used effectively otherwise a 500 part build will out class a 1000 part build. And then what your building is a factor.
When I was new I had tried this but after some struggles I eventually decided to just learn it.
Might come back to it but it does feel like cheating in a way.

There are so many ways this could be improved on.
For one, its way too slow
Two, way too heavy
Three the drag points
What I would recommend is removing the weight and drag points entirely and give it its irl weight in a controlled manner and use the drag points to tune its top speed.
Then the tires and aero would be step two.

Its there so that people can know who you were before the name change, to minimize confusion.
